Before you try and identify your market, find customers, anything like that – I suggest you develop a sales pitch. You need to understand your product so that you can sell it properly. If there are weaknesses you will know how to counter these negatives with positives. If there are strenghts you need to know how to capitalise. The bottom line with selling is strategy.
